Mr. Schneider is a seasoned advertising and media executive who spent more than 34 years as a Managing Director at Allen & Co. He brings a wealth of M&A experience and long-term relationships with leaders in the technology, media and  entertainment spaces. Mr. Schneider has been a member of the Advisory Boards of Loton, Corp., Mandalay Digital  Group, Inc., Intellicell Biosciences, Inc. and Neu Media, Inc.  Mr. Schneider pioneered The Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference, widely considered one of the world’s most influential gatherings of international business leaders. Mr. Schneider is the Chairman Emeritus of the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis.
