Mr. Wolfe is a senior corporate executive with extensive experience in law, international M&A, technology, private equity, and online media. Mr. Wolfe serves as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for the legal affairs of the Company, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, acquisitions, and contractual affairs. Mr. Wolfe served as Interim CEO of Versus Systems, Inc., Partner of two major Florida law firms, President of LegalGuru, LLC, Director and Idea Guru of Net Element, Inc., and COO and General Counsel of Ener1 Group.  Mr. Wolfe has a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Iowa College of Law, and a BIS in English, Mathematics, and Latin America Studies from Weber State University. Mr. Wolfe teaches transactional skills at the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Wolfe is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for 11 years.
